This homeowner in Ronkonkoma, NY was having comfort issues in her home and consistently running her AC to try to keep cool during the summer which was increasing her bills.
Solution
Home Comfort Specialist Ryan went to her home and performed a Home Energy Assessment to determine what was causing these issues. After the assessment was completed, Ryan sat down with Lisa to discuss what he found and the solutions to her problems. Turned out Lisa had poor insulation throughout her home, and it needed to be updated. Ryan recommended to her to reinsulate her attic, insulate he exterior walls, some ceilings. By doing all this, Lisa’s AC won’t have to work as hard to keep her home cool and in the winter months her heating system won’t have to work hard to keep her home warm. Resulting in lower bills because her systems aren’t constantly working.
