very satisfied- our attic is unique in that there was 2 entry points. We needed the one entry, a door, to be sealed and the other entry was a hole in the floor and that we needed to add additional flooring over to cover the entry point and to ensure safety while walking in the attic. Brian and Joe accommodated our needs.

Triple H called me back right away and set up an appt. I work a lot of hours so arranging a time with me to be home can be tricky. Brian was willing to work around my schedule.

I was very comfortable with Brian's sales presentation. He was not pushy and he made everything simple. He also made sure we received an $800 discount from PSEG.

My husband was home at the time of installation and he said Triple H sent a crew of 8 men to work on the project. Everyone had a specific task and the work was well organized. Everything was very clean. After the work was done, I noticed two more things I wanted done, so after speaking with Brain, the crew came back as arranged and completed those additional tasks.

There was no cleaning up for me. Thank goodness. I just moved all of my things back into the attic.
