Ryan was professional and informative as to what he was seeing as possible energy loss concerns at our home.

No surprises really. Fixes & additional insulation is "Necessary Evil" as I told Ryan, and our desire to not leave any "time bombs" to future buyers of our home regarding the hvac system & insulation.
