Most of the staff we dealt with were great but we did have some issues with workers. On the second day we had to have the person assigned to the inside of the house removed because he repeatedly took his mask off even though we kept asking him to keep it on.
While we have nothing but great things to say about Paul, he did make the work seem less invasive and noisy then it really was.
See comment regarding overall satisfaction. We will say our lead foreman both days, Jonathan, is a "rock star" he went so far above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable with the process that I can't describe how great he really was!
While the staff tried very hard to thoroughly clean, we had to spend an hour+ each night cleaning up after they left.
