So much so, that a contract to move forward with Spray Foam Insulation was signed. I am a very thorough researcher and seldom make impulse moves with big decisions. Ryan was the 4th insulation contractor that has viewed this job site -- but he was the ONLY person who took the time to build my confidence in his knowledge; his crew's orientation to quality and detail; and Triple H's assurance to stand behind their workmanship and warranty.

First, that Lisa is an exceptional communicator -- verbally, at the time of that initial phone call, and thereafter with a welcome frequency of email follow-ups that show an unequaled thoroughness of her follow-up emails right up to the time of my Energy Advisor's arrival onsite. Secondly, the similarity that Ryan and I shared in the variety of employment opportunities we've each experienced, the continuous escalation of our career paths, and the successes we have each achieved. Ryan is less than half my age, but i know that Triple H is well represented by this young man. He's going places and I hope you can hold onto him ! Last, but not least, the website is outstandingly comprehensive, beautifully designed and easy to navigate. Well done !!. I am anxiously awaiting our next steps of work on site.
