Crystal answered all the questions I had when I called.

Brian was very knowledgeable and his presentation of what was to be done made it easy to understand.

Install crew was great for the most part. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through the work that was done when completed. However, they did show up an hour after they told me they would arrive on both days of work.

The crew protected the floor and stairs with sheets and vacuumed debris and dust from the floors. Protection of the walls could have been better, there are now black marks on the walls from the foam and tubing that will have to be cleaned/repainted.
