Addressing concerns about mold growing on the wood, Woods installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to cover the dirt crawl space and trap moisture vapors. To maintain the structural integrity, they installed the SmartJack crawl space. For drainage, the SmartPump sump pump. For dehumification, the Sanidry Dehumifier. The relative humidity dropped for 72.1% to below 45%.
