Challenge
A customer from Mineola, NY was set to have a project with us. About a week before her install date she called the office having a concern. She informed the office that her young son has severe asthma and was concerned with the clean up and dust that would form.
Solution
The office listened to her concern and informed the production crew that would be at her home. The crew took extra precautions when it came to setting up the space. They laid down tarps everywhere so its easier for clean up afterwards and would minimize anything in the home from coming into contact with dust. After all the work is done the tarp is picked up carefully, then we go through the house with a swifter and vacuums to make sure all the dust is picked up. We also wipe down anything we see dust on so its all clean in the end. We try our very best to leave a home just as clean as when we entered. This worried mom was beyond thrilled with our production teams process and incredibly grateful.
