Challenge
This dirt floor crawl space in a home Southold was making the entire first floor of the home cold. The homeowner told us that her floors above the crawl space were always freezing in the winter. The homeowner wanted a solution to her problem.
Solution
We encapsulated the crawlspace by adding TerraBlock insulation over the floor and adding SilverGlo foam board insulation on all the walls.
