In this home, Triple H removed old batt insulation and air-sealed the floor with Zyp foam. We installed a mechanical catwalk for easy access to the mechanicals in the attic. To finish the attic insulation we blew fresh new cellulose insulation, which is heavier and denser having a higher R-value. TruSoft Cellulose will not burn, get moldy, or attract pests. Now this is a beautifully transformed attic space.
