From initial contact by Lisa following up a sales lead, all the way thru to completion of job and final payment over the phone with Regan, this company exceeded its competitors -- and our expectations !!
Both Lisa and Regan were 'spot on' with knowledge and competent handling of our project.
Ryan Hubner is a rock star !!! He arrived on time for his appointment -- and in a gleaming, clean truck I might add. After interviewing 4 other competitors, I thought I was prepared with the knowledge to properly evaluate the 5th bidder -- Triple H. But as I posed questions and the challenges unique to our attic situation, he answered directly (no hems and haws) -- and then provided additional information that educated me further.. In our 4-1/2 hour meeting, I learned that he and I had similar professional experiences and escalations of employment opportunities. I can honestly say that I never felt a "hard sell" and I am never one to be an impulsive buyer. BUT, he was "as smooth as silk" to turn the discussion from education to deal closer. And when I asked for him to put the proposal and estimate in writing and send it to me, he opened the laptop, documented what Triple H was offering as an "Investment", immediately applied the PSEG rebate against our cost -- and "dropped the mike" with the "Preferred Customer Discount." I couldn't wait to sign, pay the deposit and schedule the job with this woman-owned business !! (You see, I did some research on Triple H before ever agreeing to schedule the sales call.)
Since our attic space already had 6" of exposed, dust-loaded, 40-year-old fiberglass insulation, the "install" process started with a full "demo" process. In less than 2 hours from arrival time to completion, Eduardo and his crew (Zeke, Carlos and William) removed every cubic inch of that old, pink stuff. AMAZING work done by only 4 men -- and that phase alone was estimated to cost $1,000 by one of your competitors. When the install truck pulled up to the house, two men emerged --- Jose and Jeffrey. When I asked when the rest of their crew would arrive, Jose answered, "It's us." Two guys ?? No way !! YES, WAY !!! After Eduardo and his crew cut and installed the foam board as specified in the contract for this job, Jeffrey the workspace with plastic sheeting. and Jose (alone) performed the install of closed cell, spray foam. Five hours later, all roof, ceiling and wall surfaces were coated per the contract specs. INCREDIBLE !
The contract did NOT specify that the workspace and any other areas accessed by the Triple H team would be restored to a "broom clean" condition. Thus, when we did a post-install walkthrough with J & J, I pointed out several areas that still contained debris. We discussed and I stressed that job would not be deemed satisfactory until it was cleaned better. Because they didn't have a broom, out came the vacuum and Jeffrey finished up the job. Potential conflict averted. Well done !
