A few weeks ago we called Kyle from Triple H Contracting to perform an energy audit of our home. Since the audit was free we thought that we would have nothing to lose to have it done and once we got the report we would just review it and file it away and over time possibly make some improvements. However once Kyle reviewed the report with us and explained the rebate we would get it made sense to do it now and get a payback in just a few years. He did not put any pressure on us to have this work done and pointed out what could be done at a reasonable expense. Kyle indicated that his workers would take about 3 days and that they were really good at what they do and even said that we would probably want to adopt them. Well he couldn’t have been more accurate and true to his word. The job was done in the three days he estimated and the four workers that performed the work on our house were the nicest, neatest and hardest working individuals we have ever encountered. They always showed up on time, worked hard every day, took very little time for lunch and breaks and did an outstanding job to Air Seal our attic, build a catwalk and blow in the insulation. We asked one of the workers if they could take a few pictures to show us what the work looked like before they blew in the insulation. Well the few pictures we asked for turned out to be 67 which gave us a good indication of what the attic looked like before and after the insulation was blown in. We’re happy to say the attic is now air tight and we’re sure to benefit with lower heating and electric bills. The workers we’re so quiet (no radio’s or loud noises throughout their stay) that sometimes you wouldn’t even know they were in the house. The cleaned up everything and didn’t leave any garbage or debris for us to pick up or get rid of. When Kyle came back to install the CO detectors and Programmable thermostats and do the final blower test and fill out the Certificate of Completion he was amazed at how much improvement we got from the initial test. Before the work was done our home had a Shell Leakage of 4131 cfm50 and now we’re at 2550 cfm50. That’s an improvement of over 38%. We’re happy we had this work done and most pleased that we had it done by Triple H. Triple H Contracting came to my house in 2019, gave me a presentation about how their foam insulation could cut my energy bill drastically in my almost 100 year old house.  I had another contractor make a presentation, and I chose Triple H. I knew what insulation looks like, I have a cabin on my property and a handy man I had at the rime offered to insulate the cabin with sheets of that old insulation with the pink material in the middle just for something to do.  Then in 2019 when Triple H said insulation, I didn't pay much attention, I heard pump, insulation and money saving.  Ok. Now in 2021 I had to go into the cellar to look for something, and there were streamers of the pink insulation hanging everywhere.  I was so mad!  Taken advantage again because I am a female!  I called Triple H, explained what happened and they sent Joey over the next day.  I showed him the pink streamers all over, kinda angry, and I can't walk down those steep stairs, he took pictures of the connections and the piping that they had put down in 2019, all intact and perfect!  As I said, my house is 100 years old, and he said the pink insulation must have been done in the late 80's, early 90's, and before that it was a different color.  I just found it all so interesting, he was spot on with the date of the pink insulation, now when I pass this house on to the next generation, they will know about the foam insulation.   As I said, I don't really know or care about insulation, but Joey's enthusiasm had me standing there asking questions, and feeling that this old house had the best, most energy efficient insulation available!

Ryan was excellent explaining all options for my budget & from him explaining it, I went to higher R-48 over my budget. To make my home save on heat. You are excellent when I need to ask questions on the phone - They did 1-5 5 - Excellent on all counts before my attic was naked after my roof being done, this will make a difference from last winter, my home was always cold. This summer will not feel like a steam bath & I’m curious to see the how much my heating bill will be this winter from last winter. Excellent job, thank you for covering the vents no more squirrels & birds. I was also surprised you accept credit cards most companies’ fences, tree cutters, lawyers etc. want cash upfront. Thank you on all counts excellent job.
