Insulation Services - Cellulose Insulation & Attic Hatch- Glen Oaks, NY

A project of ours in Glen Oaks, NY included installing an insulated attic hatch. After adding the much needed cellulose insulation in the attic as well as a storage platform, Triple H installed the attic hatch over the pull-down stairs. Pull-down stairs tend to be very leaky, even when the stairs are closed, they leak air a lot. During the colder months, the warm air that heats your home, escapes into the attic and is lost causing your home to be cold. Uninsulated pull-down stairs cause cold drafts and higher fuel and electric bills. With the new insulated attic hatch insulated this home should be more comfortable year-round with less drafts and lower fuel and electric costs.
