A resident of Center Moriches, NY contacted our office with concerns about his high bills and uncomfortable home. The crawl space of this home had minimal to no insulation, no proper dehumidifier or water drainage in place. Triple H spray foamed the rim joist of the crawl space, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a SmartSump to reduce moisture. SilverGlo wall insulation was installed along with the GoldSeal Encapsulation System. All these exclusive products will make this customer feel more comfortable, happy and even healthier.
This is a Poured Concrete Crawl Space Walls with Vents. Triple H went into this home and started insulating this crawl space by installing our insulated vent covers outside. Then the crew added SilverGlo foam insulation to all the walls inside the crawl space. the results of adding this insulation to the crawl space is much warmer crawl space and floors upstairs, ducts are in a warmer environment, and less drafts.
We started by removing the old, dirty insulation from the attic space, prepping it for new insulation. Then we sealed all air penetration and blew in 16' of fresh cellulose insulation.
This customer requested a free Home Energy Assessment at their home. After the assessment and talking with the customer about all their concerns, it was decided that they would benefit from having cellulose insulation blown into the attic. Triple h removed and disposed of all the old insulation in the attic. After that we then air sealed all the air leaks on the attic floor. We then blew in cellulose insulation, which is resistant to fire, mold, and pest, making it a great choice. After insulating the attic, the customer will have a warmer, more comfortable and less drafty house.
This customer from New Suffolk requested we visit her home. Her main concern at this time was that her pipes may freeze due to the cold weather we have been experiencing.
